Does home size change the price?
No. Our packages are flat-rate. We still look up the home size when you book so we can plan the shoot.
How fast do you deliver?
As fast as 24 hours on our photo packages, with most listings back within 24–48 hours. Video packages take 48–60 hours.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel fees may apply depending on distance from our Knoxville home base. Just ask and we'll confirm before your shoot.
What happens if it rains?
We always aim to shoot in the best possible weather. If conditions aren't right, we'll happily reschedule.
Are you insured?
Yes, we're fully insured.
